This course consists of 8 sections pertaining to the Starbucks PM Training. There is a quiz after each section requiring a 100% passing grade. Once all quizzes are passed you will receive a certificate of completion.

- This course consists of Flow & Instructional Diagrams, Technical Bulletins, and helpful guides/documents to help assist during installations and servicing of the water filtration system. A video on “Performing a Config III Installation” coupled with a test and Certificate of completion is also available.
This course consists of a training video covering the correct performance of a Site Survey at a Starbucks location. The video is approximately 15-minutes in length. Also helpful documentation can be found in the Resources and Materials section. A certificate of completion is issued once the quiz is completed with a 100% passing grade.
