Our hope is that this site will provide an opportunity for members of the ICEE team to be able to access a wealth of information, training, and resources. Please dive right in, take a good look around.
Using a site like this might be a new experience for some, so here are some tips for finding your way around.
FINDING YOUR WAY BACK
If you get so involved exploring the site and can't remember how to get back to another page, you can always navigate back to the Home page by using the menu bar at the top of every page. The menu bar is a great way to quickly access the Materials & Resources area of the site, which includes the Technical Bulletin Database, Wiring Diagram Database, and Equipment Manual Library. You can also click "Help" to contact the site administrator with any issues you may be having.
The breadcrumb trail at the top of each page is an easy way to find your way back to other parts of the site. The text in blue represent clickable links that will take you directly to the relevant page.
COURSES
There is an ever growing collection of courses and training material available to you on this site. To start exploring them, try navigating through the "Courses Available to You" block, which should be visible on either the left or the right hand column of the web page when you log on to the site.
COMMUNICATION
This website provides many different avenues for communicating with other participants. Each course will have a "Help & Discussion" forum in which you can post any comments, questions, or suggestions you would like for others to comment on. A course facilitator will also participate in these forums in order to answer any questions that others in the community do not.
You can also send messages to others on the site using the "Messages" block.
When you have a new message, you will see an alert at the top right of the screen. There will also be a pop-up notification at the bottom of the screen.
CUSTOMIZING
You can change settings, customize your profile with personal information or pictures, and much more by using the "Settings" block.
GENERAL HELP AND TUTORIALS
Finally, there is a wealth of information available through the links at the bottom of the screen, including tutorials and manuals for using the website. Check them out so you can get the most out of your time on the ICEE Online Training site!
